Oreo Cookie Ball

This is my favorite dessert! :) I have had a least a billion of these cookies and I was tired of waiting until I visited the baker to have them. I finally asked how to make them.

Here are the ingredients:
1 pack of Oreos
1 (8oz) of cream cheese
1 pack of white melting chocolate

A bowl to mix your oreo mixture
A bowl to melt your chocolate
Cookie Tray
Mellon Baller - Explain later
Fork
Parchment Paper

Here are the instructions:

Put your whole bag of oreos in a ziplock and smash away - you can use a rolling pin, but I like them not have a bit of chunks. You can also use a processor if you would like to, but I don't own one.

This is 8 oz - I only use 6 - do you see how there are 4 lines? I just cut one off.

This is my left over to the left and the part I will use on the right.

Microwave for 1 minute  and then start mushing it down with a spoon

Now mash it good and mix all of your oreos with it and keep mixing - I still don't use a blender -

Now, take your mellon baller. I use the bigger side and scoop up a big scoop

Like this ...see

The mellon baller keeps your hands clean and makes perfect balls

Make sure you use parchment paper so they don't stick.

Put plates in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden

The last step, I forgot to take a picture of - but it is IMPORTANT!

Once the balls are hardened - take and melt your chocolate how the package says.
Take a fork and grab a ball. I have tried rolling them and using a spoon but it wastes chocolate. This allows for it to drip off. Place them back on the parchment paper.

Let them cool.

Oh my gosh are they stinking good!!! Yum

Thanks for visiting!!! :) Why not follow me?
